July 10, 2009: President Sam Rainsy, MPs Men Sothavarin and Long Ry visited Mr. Tout Saron, SRP Pong-ro commune chief in Baray district who was detaining in prison and then met more than 200 provincial / district and commune councilors at
SRP office in Kampong Thom province.
